Greenport Harbor Brewing Company Collaboration

Greenport Harbor Brewing Company has been directly supporting our efforts since 2013.  They have hosted several fundraising and awareness events in support of our work (Hops for Habitat, Marine Meadows Workshops, Kelp Aquaculture Art + Awareness Event), are proud sponsors of our annual Shellabration event, and have even brewed a beer (Sea Farm Porter) in support of our work that utilized kelp we harvested from our local waters.

In 2022 we kicked off our annual Brewery Lecture Series, and Greenport Harbor Brewing Co. was our sole host at their Peconic Location. We have since expanded the series to include other local brewery locations, but GHB remains one of our strongest supporters. Be sure to register in advance for the monthly lectures to be entered to win a raffle prize!

We are also looking to collaborate again on a kelp beer, host more events at this location this year, and more!
